How is the opportunity score calculated?
Every property is scored 1–100 from seven weighted signals: equity (25%), length of ownership (15%), absentee owner (15%), pre-foreclosure (15%), vacancy (10%), tax delinquency (10%) and a recent sale below market value (10%). The score is deterministic — the same property always gets the same score — and every point is itemized in the breakdown.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Create an account without a credit card and use every feature with starter limits — 100 searches, 25 saved leads and 10 skip traces a month. Upgrade from Billing whenever you need more volume or seats.
How does buyer matching work?
Each buyer has a buy box: markets, price range, property types, strategies, year built, beds, baths and square footage, plus deal-breakers like flood zones, main roads and railroads. A deal only goes to buyers whose box fits. Near-misses — say, a house a few years older than a buyer prefers — still go out, with the exception called out in their message.
Can I text sellers and buyers from my own number?
Yes. Connect your own Twilio account in Settings → Integrations with your Account SID, Auth Token and sending number. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
Can my whole team work in one workspace?
Yes. Invite teammates, choose exactly what each person can access — search, pipeline, skip trace, billing, lead assignment and more — and assign leads right from the board. Team includes 5 seats and Scale includes 15.
What do cash buyers see?
